We are happy to be able to see all of you in our stores starting tomorrow. We have the following restrictions in place starting July 5th, 2020.

Monday – Friday 11 am to 7 pm
Saturday 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday 10 am to 5 pm

Curbside pickup is still available, as well as pay by phone.

You are welcome to come in and shop- a face mask is required.

We will be limiting the number of customers in the store to ensure everyone can practice safe distancing.

Pet grooming is available in Hagerstown. Please call 301-665-9090 to reserve your spot. We apologize for appointments booking up so fast but we promise to get you in as soon as possible!

Self serve dog wash stations are open. We will also limit the number of washes at each time and we ask that only one customer is washing per dog. If you have a special circumstance and require more than one person please let us know and we will make accommodations for you.

We prefer credit or debit cards for payment.

We will be periodically and thoroughly disinfecting handles, bulk and counter areas throughout the day.
